Canceling Services

You may cancel any paid service at any time by logging into your account.
After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will occur.

Please note: Canceling a subscription does not generate a refund for the current billing period.

Refund Policy

Due to the high-resource nature of our AI operations—such as speech recognition, multilingual transcription, auto-generated content, and analytical processing—
all payments are strictly non-refundable once a subscription has been activated.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Once a new billing cycle has started, no refunds can be issued—even if the service has not been used
• Payments made via international credit cards or third-party processors that do not support refunds or reversals
• Any subscription or digital access purchased through our platform

All purchases are considered final.
